About Us
Josh Turner is an experienced general contractor who has been working in the Charlotte area for the past 15 years.
​
Thanks to his experience with Habitat for Humanity and as an independent General Contractor, he has a unique blend of skills that enable him to provide an outstanding experience to his clients.
​​
He has in-depth hands-on experience in nearly all phases of residential construction. He also has extensive project management experience, ranging from the day-to-day minutiae of running a safe and efficient job site, to the coordination of permits, subcontractors and inspections, even including the management of a large team of construction supervisors.
Josh enjoys getting to know his clients and working with them throughout the process. He treats every client the way he would like to be treated.

​Josh lives in the Mint Hill area with his wife and two daughters, where they enjoy all sorts of outdoor activities and are involved in their local church community.
Our Process
At Turner Family Construction, we believe in a streamlined and efficient process for every project. We prioritize open communication and collaboration with our clients to ensure that their vision is brought to life.​​
1. Initial Consultation
Our team offers on-site consultations to assess the project location, understand client requirements, and provide personalized recommendations tailored to their specific needs. Please note, we do not offer architectural or design services, but can make referrals upon request. ​Architectural drawings will typically be required before proceeding.
2. Estimate & Contract
We will create a detailed and transparent estimate and schedule to make sure that every client has a clear understanding of the scope of work and associated costs before committing to a project. Please note there may be a fee for estimate preparation. Once the details are finalized, we will sign a contract and move on to scheduling and construction.
3. Construction
During the construction process we will ensure a clean and safe job site, minimal disturbance to the property, and daily communication with the client. We pay meticulous attention to each step of the process, ensuring that every detail is executed with precision and care to achieve the desired outcome.
